Small Christian Communities (SCCs) are a grouping of the parish into communities. Each SCC will have a Core Group, headed by a Community Coordinator and assisted by Animators. Core groups will meet every month (soon after the PPC meeting) and ensure that “No one is in want” through regular family visits and updates.
