ANNOUNCEMENTS – 9TH March – 2025
1.Stations of the Cross will be conducted on Wednesdays in Konk at 6:30pm followed by mass.
2. Stations of the Cross will be conducted on Fridays in English at 7pm followed by mass and guided Eucharistic Adoration from 8pm to 8:30pm. Parents are requested to come with their Children and Youth and spend few moments with Jesus every Friday.
3. IJYM Youth have organized OPEN CRICKET TOURNAMENT tomm/today at JES Turf Grounds from 2pm onwards. You are invited to cheer the teams.
4. Missions in Konkani will be conducted by Fr Francis Fernandes SVD, on 10th, 11th & 12th March on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Evening masses will be celebrated in Konkani followed by Mission preaching from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. All are invited. No Hindi prayer meeting on Wednesday.
5. Outdoor stations of the cross is organized on Friday, 14th March, Holi, a public holiday, to 5 mission centres around Dahanu. Bus leaves at sharp 6:15am from the highway. Cost per head including travel, breakfast, lunch and tea is Rs 450. Those interested kindly register with your PPC/SCC animators latest by Tuesday, 11th March. No morning mass on Friday, 14th March. Evening mass and stations of the cross as usual.
6. Hindi prayer meeting is held every Wednesday immediately after the evening mass in the church. You are invited to come every Wednesday. We request parishioners to create awareness and invite non-Christians to attend the same and experience the Power of God in their lives.
7. Bro. Jubin has worked in our parish as a catechist for First Holy Communicants and also helping the choirs and music instrument students regularly. We are grateful to him for the services rendered to our community. Farewell on 23rd March at 8:15am mass and at 9:30am mass. Parishioners are requested to write appreciation letters and motivate him.
8. First Holy Communicants will visit the Goregaon Seminary Museum next Sunday. The last day working of Sunday School is 23rd March.
9. From Sunday 6th April no children’s mass. Combined morning English mass at 9am. Other masses as usual.

Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 30,240 /- which is for the Parish Trust.
