ANNOUNCEMENTS – 21st APRIL – SUNDAY– 2024 – B
- Summer schedule for masses is as follows. Weekday’s only one mass in the evening at 7pm. On Sundays Konkani mass at 7am and only one mass in English in the morning at 9am. No evening mass. On Wednesdays mass in English will be celebrated in the evening.
- Parishioners are hereby informed that all activities in the church should end by 9pm. All are requested to vacate the church premises by 9pm sharp.
- Those interested in teaching at Sunday school as Catechist kindly make an application to the parish priest. Graduates preferred.
- As the temperature in summer is increasing, you are requested to keep a bowl of water for birds on your window sils or outside of your homes. Let us show care for our birds and animals this summer.
- Summer Picnic for Sunday school children and Youth of our parish is organized to Farm Regency Water Resort, Gorai on Saturday, 27th April. Those interested kindly collect forms from the church office. Bus leaves at 7am sharp. Cost per head is Rs 200. Last date to submit form is 23rd April.
- Infant Jesus Devotion mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 28th April at 9am celebrated by Fr Michael Pinto, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Salvation Church, Dadar. Eucharistic adoration will begin at 8:30am. Kindly attend in large numbers.
- In consultation with the Parish Pastoral Council one more big fan will be installed in the church for better air and ventilation purposes. The cost of two fans is two lakh thirty thousand. PPC/SCC members will be coming to your homes for collection to defray the cost of the fans. Kindly accommodate them. Cheques to made in the name of INFANT JESUS CHURCH. Your contribution however small is appreciated and valued.
- Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 25.720/- which is for the Archdiocese.
