  1. Mass in Hindi for Hindi speaking parishioners tomm/today at 5:30pm.

 

  1. Parents kindly get your children for mass by 8am on Sundays. There will be a short video presentation and prayers before mass to prepare children. There is Sunday school for children studying in Junior and Senior KG.

 

  1. Good News Bibles in English for Sunday school children and adults is available in the church office at a subsidised cost of Rs 250. Limited copies available. Market rate is Rs. 450.

 

  1. All students in standard 10th this year are expected to attend Pre-Confirmation classes immediately after children’s mass.

 

  1. Happy Hour this month will be organized on Saturday, 22nd July by Bandrekarwadi I & II and Bimbisar communities. Those interested in putting up any act kindly contact Reena/Wendell/Kevin or Shalini.

 

  1. A Special Eucharist to promote devotion to Infant Jesus will be celebrated by Fr Anthony Fernandes, Parish priest of St John the Evangelist Church, Marol, on Sunday, 23rd July. Eucharistic Adoration begins at 09:30 am followed by mass at 10:00am. Kindly promote the devotion and invite your friends, relatives and ex parishioners. No Sunday school and No evening mass on 4th Sunday of the month. Come as a family and pray together.

 

  1. Parents and Grandparents day will be celebrated on Sunday, 30th July. Parent’s day is also called “TAKE CHARGE SUNDAY” where in children will take charge and discharge all responsibilities of cleaning and cooking. 30th July is a holiday for parents from all household work.

 

  1. Community Health Clinic Organised by Holy Spirit Hospital functions every Thursday from 10am to 12 noon in the basement. Kindly inform people of all faith in your community.

 

  1. As we celebrate the Golden Jubilee Year of our church we want to focus on Spiritual renewal of our parishioners. Keeping this focus in mind we have organized bus services once a month for the following services

A.  Bro Prakash prayer service on the 4th Thursday of every month. i.e on Thursday, 27th July to Bandra east. Kindly contact Michael Moras by 24th July for booking of seats. First come first served basis. No charges. However love offering will be collected. Bus leaves at 5:30pm.

B. First Friday Prayer Healing Service at Tabor Ashram, Kalyan in English & Hindi on Friday, 4th August. Bus leaves at 7:00am. Kindly contact Kennedy from Prem Nagar for booking of seats. No charges. However love offering will be collected.  Sponsors are welcome. Kindly carry dry lunch. ​C. Youth Retreat at Vinayalaya from Sept 15th – 17th. This year we plan to send 50 Youth coinciding with 50 years of the parish. Subsidized cost Rs.500. Parents kindly encourage the youth and send them. Missing college for 2 days won’t make any difference. Retreat forms available in the church office.

We request parishioners to take advantage of these services and come closer to Jesus as a family.

  1. Parish fathers and sisters will visit families residing in Natwar Nagar community on Monday evening.

Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs 27, 870 /- which is for the Archdiocese. Thank you for your generosity.
