ANNOUNCEMENT – 12th Jan – 2025
1. Sunday school has begun. All children to attend children’s mass followed by Sunday school.
2. An open house discussion on Inter Faith marriages will be held tomm/today 12th January after the 9:30am mass in the AV Hall. All are invited.
3. Hope and life members will meet tomm/today 12th January after the evening 5:30pm mass in the church extension.
4. Joint PPC/SCC meeting will be held on Wednesday, 15th January at 7:30pm in the AV Hall. All to be present.
5. YU4C will conduct Praise and Worship for Youth & Children on Friday, 17th January immediately after the evening mass. All are invited.
6. Deanery Youth Day DYD is celebrated on Sunday, 26th January at Our Lady of Health Church, Versova from 6pm onwards. It includes Youth interactive games, session, group dynamics, competitions, dinner and dance. Subsidised cost Rs. 50/-. Those interested contact Simone Barretto latest by 19th January.
7. The Parish Novenas in preparation of the Feast of Infant Jesus will begin from Friday, 31st January onwards. Feast will be celebrated on Sunday, 9th February.
8. Next Sunday is celebrated as Vocation Sunday. In the Year of the Jubilee, Prayer for vocations will be recited daily during the Eucharist.
9. We are starting new batch of Keyboard and Guitar classes from first Sunday of February. Only 12 students per batch. Classes will be held on Sundays. First come first served basis. Students should be from fifth standard and above. Keyboard fees Rs 500 per month and Guitar Fees Rs 400 per month. Registration forms available in the church office.
10. Parishioners are invited to put up stalls during Novena days. Those interested contact Maria D’silva.
11. Parish Sisters will be visiting Catholic families residing in Gandhi Nagar on Monday evening.
Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 23,490/- which is for the Parish Trust.
