1. Free HEALTH CAMP is being carried out by Nanavati Hospital tomm/today Sunday, 23rd February from 9:30am to 2noon in the Basement on the ground floor. All are invited.
2. On account of the HEALTH CAMP tomm/today NO PARKING OF TWO WHEELERS IN THE BASEMENT. Kindly cooperate.
3. Joint PPC/SCC meeting will be held on Monday, 24th Feb at 7:30pm in the AV Hall. All to attend this important meeting. Kindly collect the agenda from the sacristy.
4. IJYM Youth have organized OPEN CRICKET TOURNAMENT on Sunday, 2nd March at JES Turf Grounds. Cost per head is Rs 100. Those interested contact Lency or Roger.
5. YU4C will conduct praise & Worship for children & Youth on Friday 28th Feb after the evening mass in the church. It includes action songs, talk and healing service. Special prayers for students appearing for examinations. All parishioners are invited.
6. As we celebrate the year of the Jubilee, we have received the Jubilee cross sent by the archdiocese. The Jubilee Cross will be sent to all the families of the parish, community wise very soon. A small prayer service is to be conducted as a family.
7. Parishioners having last years palms are requested to deposit them in the box placed near the altar. Last years palms will be used to make Ash for Ash Wednesday. Kindly cooperate.
8. Vacancy for assistant accounts clerk at Infant Jesus High School. BCom Graduate with knowledge of accounts and Marathi language preferred. Vacancy for B ed teacher’s secondary section. Those interested kindly apply to the school principal latest by 1st march.
9. March 8th is celebrated as Women’s Day. A special celebration for women is organized in the AV Hall including games, DJ and veg dinner. Only 200 passes available in the church office for women above 18 years. Passes cost Rs 100 per head and available on first come first served basis.
10. Government Health Insurance Card process (Ayushman & Jan Arogya) will be resumed again for parishioners in the month of March. All those who attended the camp last week are requested to collect their card from the church office in the evening office hours except on Thursdays.
11. This year we plan to enact the LIVE stations of the Cross on Good Friday. All those interested in participating kindly attend a meeting on Ash Wednesday at 8pm in the church.
12. This is the last week to register for Guitar, Violin and Keyboard classes.
Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 28, 410 /- which is for the archdiocese.
