ANNOUNCEMEMT – 13th OCTOBER – SUNDAY– 2024 – B
1. In the Marian month of October the Statue of Mother Mary is taken from house to house while reciting prayers and engaging in devotions. No collections to be made.
2. Next Sunday we celebrate Mission Sunday. Kindly drop your contribution for mission activities of the Church in the box placed on the altar.
3. Inner Healing session for our parishioners will be conducted by Odette Gonsalves, an anointed person on Friday, 18th October from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. All are invited.
4. Infant Jesus Devotion mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 27th October by Fr Francisco Pereira, Rector & Manager of Dominic Savio High School. Eucharistic Adoration at 9:30am. Mass at 10am. No evening mass on 27th Oct.
5. Any number of Mass intentions for ALL SOULS DAY on Nov 2nd may be dropped in the box placed on the altar.
6. Jesus Youth India has organised a four day residential evangelizing programme entitled “ENLIGHT” for the youth from 31st Oct to 3rd Nov at Canossa. Youth from all over India will participate. Subsidized cost is Rs 500 per head including food and accommodation. First come first served basis. For registration kindly see the notice board.
7. Open Football Tournament for Veterans both men and women above 30 years on Sunday, 10th November at JES Turf, Jogeshwari east. Those interested kindly register with Selena and Uzziel latest by 20th October. Cost per head is Rs.100.
8. VBJ, Vacation Bible Joy for Sunday school children is organized from 3rd to 9th November during Diwali Holidays. It includes Faith sessions, action songs, prayers, snacks, games & outing. Cost per head is Rs 100. All children from Pre Primary till 9th standard are invited to be a part of VBJ. Registration forms available in the church office.
9. Mass bookings will be accepted till the month of December. Kindly visit the church office.
10. The sisters will be visiting the families residing in Market Area on Monday evening.
Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 29,640/- which is for the Archdiocese. .
