10th SEPTEMBER, 2023 – 23rd SUNDAY
- A Session on MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS will take place immediately after children’s mass in the AV Hall. It is compulsory for Parent’s of Sunday school & Confirmation students. All parishioners are invited.
- As we celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the parish, a MARIAN WALKING PILGRIMAGE is organized from Jogeshwari to Mount Mary Basilica, Bandra on Saturday, 16th September. Pilgrimage will leave from the Church at sharp 03:30am for mass at Mount Mary’s at 7:30 am followed by tea and refreshments. Those interested kindly give your name to your PPC/SCC leaders latest by 12th September.
- No morning mass on Saturday, 16th Sept at 6:30am due to Walking Pilgrimage.
- Sunday school children will celebrate Jersey day, next Sunday, 17th September.
- Hindi mass will be celebrated on September 17th at 5:30pm.
- One day picnic for Children and Youth to Aksa Beach is organized on Tuesday, 19th September. Cost per head is Rs 50. Those interested kindly fill the registration forms available in the church office latest by 15th September. Bus leaves at sharp 7:15 am in the morning.
- A Four day Youth Retreat from 20th Sept to 23rd Sept during Ganesh Chaturthi holidays is organized at Pastoral Centre, Nanbhat, Vasai. This year we plan to send 50 Youth coinciding with 50 years of the parish. Subsidized cost is Rs.700 for four days. Parents kindly encourage the youth and send them. On the last day there will be Vasai sightseeing. Retreat forms available in the church office. A bus is organized to take and bring them back. Sponsors are welcome.
- A Special Eucharist to promote devotion to Infant Jesus will be celebrated by Fr KT Emmanuel, from Bishops House on Sunday, 24th Sept. Eucharistic Adoration begins at 09:30 am followed by mass at 10:00am. Kindly promote the devotion and invite your friends, relatives and ex parishioners. Come as a family and pray together.
9.The Results of the Parish Head Count is as follows.
- Total no of families residing in the parish: 469
- Total no of parishioners physically staying in the parish: 1373

10. Those who wish to donate to the church either by cash or cheque towards the SOLAR PANEL PROJECT are welcome. Cheques to be drawn in the name of INFANT JESUS CHURCH. Kindly pray for this project.
11. The parish fathers and sisters will visit Catholic families residing at Pratap Nagar on Monday evening.
Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs 21,990/- which is for the Parish Trust. Thank you for your generosity.
