NOTICES FOR THE WEEK
- Holy Eucharist: Please continue to join in the Holy Eucharist in your homes celebrated by our archbishop Monday to Saturday 7.30 am and Sunday at 9 am. Also tune in to special sessions/ talks on various topics conducted online by various archdiocesan bodies.
- Church office remains closed till further notice.
- Mass Intentions: We are accepting mass intentions for the months July to December 2020. Kindly send in your intentions online on ijparish74@gmail.com or to your PPC member/ SCC coordinator. Mass offering is Rs 50/- for weekday and Rs 100/- for Sunday. Kindly mention the date and the intention clearly as well as your name and Community number. Please do not come to the church to offer masses
- Community Welfare Fund/ Donations: We are also accepting your Community Welfare Fund contribution as well as donations through cheques only. Please hand over the CWF envelope containing the cheque/ donation cheque to your respective PPC/ SCC coordinator who will do the needful. Kindly mention clearly the period of payment (i.e. the month/ months and the year/years for which this contribution is to be marked).
- Sunday school online: In case you have not yet registered, kindly do so, on ijparish74@gmail.com. The attendance for the online classes is good. Urging those children who are not attending to register quickly so that you do not miss out on the classes.
- Online classes for FHC and confirmation: Those who have registered are expected to attend these classes every week at the time indicated by the animators. Attendance is compulsory.
- Parent’s Day 2020: This year we celebrate Parent’s Day on 26th July 2020. Details will be passed down to you online through the SCC whatsapp group. Kindly keep the evening free for the same.
- Those preparing for marriage in the coming months have to do their marriage preparation course online. Please visit the Snehalaya Family Centre website for details. In case you have done your course, please get in touch with the parish priest by sending an email on the parish id ijparish74@gmail.com. Please do not come to the church for clarifications or bookings.
- For baptism of infants, kindly get in touch with us by sending an email on the parish id ijparish74@gmail.com. Please do not come to the church for clarifications or bookings.
- There will be no SCC meetings for the month of July 2020. However we encourage you to have core group meetings online. All SCC coordinators please continue to reach out towards those in need.
- We thank you dear parishioners for your prayers and support for each other in these difficult times. Do continue to pray and reach out to one other. May Infant Jesus our patron protect and guard each and every family in our parish from the dreaded disease. We encourage you to be in touch with each other and the parish community by actively participating in various online endeavours.
- Though the lockdown has eased, the threat of infection has not. So continue to take proper precautions. Best precaution is to Be Home Be Safe. God bless!
